Moroccan Rugs

1 / 2 / 3 / 4 / 5 / 6 / 7 / 8 / 9

I've been crazy about Beni Ourain rugs for quite a while, and now that we are moving, I am on the hunt for something just like #1 below. Sad part is, that exact rug is out of stock. I've contacted the company to see if they will be getting any more in... still waiting for a reply. I'm kicking myself for not buying it up months ago.

#2 is a good alternative. #3 isn't quite right (a little too beige/brown). I've seen the World Market version of the rug, and it is awful. Are there any other decent looks for less out there that I've missed?

I bought the West Elm one for our living room, and I think they Rugs USA one is a grrrreat alternative, I was kind of bummed I found about that one after getting my WE, still I'm sure I'm going to love my rug :)

Anthropologie-Flokati Diamonds Rug. Also, be on the lookout at One Kings Lane and Joss & Main as they often have rugs similar to the look you are going for. Good luck!

Thank you for including my little rug! I still love it and I'm happy to see its not completely out of style yet. Mine is vintage so not as nice as a new interpretation, but I did get a great deal on it. If you're willing to get an older model I totally recommend Maryam!

Freaking love that rug. Have you checked Ebay?

if only the world market version were better. I am on the hunt as well. Although, I think it will have to go in a bedroom, it would get so dirty in any of our common areas.

Great Post! The tribal graphics of Moroccan Beni Ourain rugs and pair well with contemporary or traditional designs. Our Beni Ourain shags have a simple harlequin pattern, a 1970s vibe and a price that's half the cost in major rug dealers. Please check them out and i would love to hear what you think!http://themoroccanroom.com/beni_ourain_rugs.html
