Summer Salad

This is one of my favorite salads of all time. I don't even eat watermelon, but this salad has forced me to have a change of heart. 


Ingredients:
Arugula
Watermelon (cubed)
Red Onion (chopped)
Mint (chopped)
Feta
Black Olives
2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
1-2 tbsp Olive Oil
Salt + Pepper


Add as much or as little of each as you'd like. There's really no right or wrong way to do it. All I know is those flavors combined make for a surprisingly tasty salad. Nom nom nom.

I have been dying to try a watermelon salad and one with olives would definitely seal the deal. Cannot wait to make this!

I've seen the whole watermelon - feta combo all over but I was a bit nervous. I tried it this weekend, so yum! I bet it's good with the black olives too. Thanks!

Oooh watermelon and olives seems like an interesting combo but I love both of them individually so why not!
