Displaying letters in the kitchen has really grown on me over the past couple of months. We have an awkward wall that I needed something on, and the vertical "EAT" letters were a perfect fit. Anthropologie offers these fabulous zinc letters for a price that would break my bank, so I chose to make my own.
First, I stopped at Hobby Lobby to pick up some of these cardboard block letters for $2.47 each:
And after a little paint... Ta-Da!
The project probably took me 30 minutes to complete and was an inexpensive and super quick fix for my naked wall. Here is a tutorial if you'd like to make your own too! (Mine look much more metallic in person.)
